AmplifAI TMRW is an AI-powered social media analytics platform that provides:

• Cross-platform social media analytics and reporting
• AI-generated insights and recommendations
• Social listening and brand monitoring
• Competitor benchmarking using publicly available data
• Custom dashboards and scheduled reports
• Paid advertising analytics

3. Accounts & Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with unauthorized individuals

4. Organizations & Team Access

The Service supports multi-user organizations with role-based access. Organization owners and admins are responsible for managing team member access and permissions. Available roles include owner, admin, editor, and viewer, each with different levels of access to data and settings.

5. Social Media Platform Connections

The Service connects to third-party social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok) via their official APIs using OAuth authorization. By connecting an account, you:

• Authorize us to access data from those platforms on your behalf
• Confirm you have the right to connect those accounts
• Acknowledge that data availability depends on the third-party platform's API and policies
• May disconnect any account at any time from your settings

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data beyond what the platform provides
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Violate any third-party social media platform's terms of service

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, recommendations, and analysis. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any AI-generated recommendations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by AmplifAI TMRW. Your social media data remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Third-party API changes or rate limits may also affect data availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmplifAI TMRW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
